🌿 "It is a little piece of home."

For more than 25 years, I have worked in tourism, welcoming people from all over the world and helping them discover the beauty of Tenerife. Over the years, I learned that the most meaningful experiences are often the simplest ones — sharing a meal, listening to stories, slowing down and truly connecting with people.

But deep inside, I always dreamed of creating something more personal.

"Not a restaurant.
Not a traditional cooking class.
But a place that feels real. Warm. Honest. A place where guests are welcomed like friends."

That dream became Casa Quinto Pino.

High above Icod de los Vinos, in a small rural village surrounded by nature, I found the perfect place to bring that vision to life. Here, life moves differently. Some days the clouds roll gently through the mountains, creating a peaceful atmosphere around the finca. Other days, the sky opens up to endless views over the Atlantic Ocean and Mount Teide.

This is where I feel most at home.

Cooking has always been my way of bringing people together. I love working with fresh local ingredients, many from the garden itself, and sharing simple Canarian-inspired dishes full of flavor, tradition and history.
